This according to earlier guidelines. To see the date for meetings and last day of submittance: Scheduling the public defence of a doctoral thesis.

For dissertations held from January 1st, 2014, the evaluation committee should consist of three members that participates in pre-evaluation and public defence. It is still possible to have five members in the evaluation committee, if it is desirable.

The members of the evaluation committee will have the decision the day after the meeting. The members will have 10 working days to make the evaluation from the day the decision is distributed.

The coordinator should be suggested by the supervisor and will be appointed by the committee for doctoral studies.
